Customer Success Stories
VENTURA COUNTY
Government Cash Flow Planning
Anavate Partners implemented a Cash Flow planning tool in Anaplan, allowing Ventura County to improve corporate profitability, productivity, and efficiency in Cash Planning and FP&A. The tool allowed users to reduce the number of pages and applications needed to be accessed and provided a centralized planning dashboard. It also provided the ability to drill down to view projections and actuals together and drill down to the division/unit level. Improved customizability meant that users could add adjustments, edit pages, and plan forecasts with improved efficiency and time reduction from 6 weeks to 6 days.
